This page is for friends, colleagues, mentors and headhunters — people, with the understanding that this is not meant as a place for potential employers, contractors and clients to see. I understand their time is limited. This is me collecting and sifting through a lot of stuff, to try to figure out what best exemplifies my skillset and strengths.
- All of these dashboards were done with a deadline of 1-3 days, so some may seem incomplete, and none of them can really be viewed as a final work, save for the article in MetricsDAO and the freelance charts. I realize that this is more than likely a familiar workplace scenario, but that is the context.
- If you search for me on Flipside, or view my profile, there will be a range of scores. The lower scores don’t necesarilly make them bad dashboards and vice versa. Sometimes the extent to which the question was asked caused low scores. There is also a certain amount of subjectivity that comes in to play, so luck of the draw, in terms of who reviewed the report, also is a factor.
Links to my stuff:
- Datacamp - Definitely the best put together page. Showcases some Flipside dashboards, as well as some projects done, using Datacamp’s datasets.
- MetricsDAO
- Article I wrote for MetricDAO’s official blog. Tweet hyping the blog post
- Tweet of three of my MetricsDAO “bounty” submissions which preceded their showcase page. These earned me the title of “Xmetric Master”. That is actually a big deal to me, because it gives me access to bounty projects.
- From the MetricsDAO showcase page, type in “potmo”. Three more bounties come up here.
- FlipsideCrypto profile page. Unfortunately there is no way for me to sort or filter this in the current stage of Flipside’s profile page, other than to not provide a link. The top three are the ones I chose to showcase, but 77 dashboards are visible. That’s a lot of dashboards to go through, to figure out which ones if any to showcase! If you are really weird and actually like my stuff, feel free to browse away! I love feedback, both positive and negative.
- Freelance jobs — These are both featured now on my Datacamp profile.
- gOHM OK this shows up in more than one place on here, but it was one of two paid jobs and specifically it was to be a tweet highlighting its price performance. I got a lot of flack from people, as Olympus had a huge bubble burst so many investors aren’t thrilled with it. However, a week later, I was (luckilly) able to follow up with an even more impressive chart. I plan to revisit this chart…
- The larix. I was asked to look at the change in “Total Value Locked” in a protocol called Larix. I couldn’t stop thinking of the Dr. Seuss book, “The Lorax”, hence the silly title.
- Substack I started a substack, called “The Daily Dash”. I was going to push out a dashboard that I had made each day. I decided that this was too great an undertaking for that point in time. I certainly should never have entitled it “daily”. On the other hand, I didn’t advertise to anyone either, as I just was / am experimenting.
They show two of my earliest dashboards, regarding the ill fated Terra network. I had the (mis)fortune of stumbling in on this controversy followed by demise in real time! My earlier dashboards are often better than more recent ones, as I did not know just how much work was required to produce a passable dashboard.
- My Resume Template. The idea being to tailor the right paragraphs for the job, but obviously I need to make this way more concise! (suggestions??)
